Below you will find a memo and some additional information that will introduce and outline the Company’s new Health Care and Dental/Vision benefit that is replacing our Blue Cross coverage effective January 1, 2022. For those of us who have elected to enroll in the Company’s medical benefit plan (or for future reference for those who currently do not), we will all recognize cost savings in the form of lower premium payments and a lower plan deductible. Using this new plan is a bit different and will require the use of 2 cards. Assistance in understanding to how this process works is contained in both the attached memo and users guide. These new benefit plans provide comparable or better benefits at a similar cost.
Details concerning combined monthly rates for the medical/dental/vision package will be coming shortly.
